Winemaking:Harvest in the second decade of September exclusively by hand.Vinification: 30% of the grapes have been dried for 24 days allowing the grapesto reach more concentration. Destemmed and gentle pneumatic pressed. Fermentation temperature between 25and 28 °C. Maceration for 10 days with scheduled punching 3 times a day for 20 minutes.
Tasting Notes:A ruby red wine with garnet hints that has the smell of spiced with notes of vanilla and cherry. A full-bodied and round with soft tannins and a long finish with spiced notes.
