The name Sangiovese originates from the Latin "Sanguis Jovis," meaning "the blood of Jove." In Italy, it is famously designated as a Chianti DOCG and Chianti Classico DOCG.
Tasting Notes:A pale ruby red color, with intense aromas of red berries such as currant and red plum, accompanied by a delightful hint of violet. A refreshing touch of black pepper spice adds a unique and captivating highlight.
